Your work Profile

• Support and maintain OneStream applications and related business processes.
• Assist in financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Create and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, and dashboards within OneStream.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data loads, workflows, and system issues.
• Support integration between OneStream and source systems such as ERP, Data Warehouse, or other financial systems.
• Develop and maintain reports using OneStream reporting tools.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Assist in performance optimization and ongoing enhancements of the OneStream platform.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in OneStream, EPM/CPM, Finance Systems, or related technologies.
• Basic understanding of Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts, financial statements, and financial processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and system integrations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to OneStream XF platform.
• Understanding of workflow management, business rules, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools.
• Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Basic knowledge of VB.NET, SQL, or scripting tools is an advantage.
