Job Title:  Assistant Manager | Onestream: All | Ahmedabad | Finance Transformation | Business Finance

We are seeking a motivated and experienced OneStream Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of OneStream solutions across Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting processes. The Consultant will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient EPM solutions while supporting ongoing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

OneStream Configuration & Development

  • Configure and maintain OneStream applications, workflows, and reporting solutions.
  • Develop and support Cube Views, Dashboards, XF Forms, and Quick Views.
  • Manage metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, and security configurations.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules and calculations as required.
  • Support Data Management sequences, data loads, and transformation rules.

Planning, Consolidation & Reporting

  • Support Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
  • Assist in configuring workflows for financial close and reporting cycles.
  • Develop financial reports, management dashboards, and ad-hoc reporting solutions.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities.

Data Integration & Validation

  • Perform data loads, reconciliations, and validation activities.
  • Support integrations with ERP and source systems.
  • Troubleshoot data load and reporting issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information within OneStream.

Testing & Support

  • Participate in SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
  • Resolve application issues and provide end-user support.
  • Prepare support documentation and user guides.
  • Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Work with Finance, FP&A, and Accounting teams to understand reporting and planning needs.
  • Support user training and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to deliver project objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • MBA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • OneStream implementation or support project experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or other ERP systems.
  • Exposure to Hyperion, FCCS, HFM, Oracle EPM, or SAP BPC is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial close and corporate performance management processes.
