- Lead end-to-end execution of urban development and infrastructure projects.

Urban Planning & Strategy
- Drive master planning, smart city initiatives, transit-oriented development, climate resilience, and sustainable urban infrastructure projects.
- Review urban design proposals, DPRs, feasibility studies, and policy documents.
- Support implementation of urban governance reforms and infrastructure modernization.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with government departments, municipal corporations, development authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage client relationships and represent the organization in strategic meetings.

- Coordinate with sports federations, schools, colleges, academies, sponsors, government agencies, and community partners.

- Build strategic alliances to strengthen sports ecosystem outreach.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor coaches, operations teams, trainers, and support staff.
- Drive recruitment, training, performance reviews, and capability building.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative sports culture
