Your work profile

As an Associate Director in our Emerging ERP Team, you’ll build and nurture strategic relationships with clients and internal teams, drive delivery excellence, lead large-scale engagements, and contribute to business growth with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Key skills required

Must have had at least 10+ years of experience in managing .NET application teams (5+ Years or Team and Account Management experience).
Proven experience in managing large delivery teams, client stakeholders, and multiple concurrent engagements.
Manage account growth, resource planning, utilization, and revenue objectives.
Mentor and develop technical teams, architects, and delivery managers.
Establish governance processes, operational excellence, and delivery best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Drive project delivery, quality assurance, risk management, and customer satisfaction across engagements.
Understanding of modern application architecture, Responsive Web Design, LINQ, Dependency Injection, and Design Patterns.
Strong skills and experience with web client technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, and JQuery.
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies, Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, Jira, or other Scrum tools.

Technical Skill

· SQL Server Management Studio

· AngularJS, Angular 2+, React and Web API

· HTML5, CSS3 and Design Patterns

· JavaScript, jQuery and JSON

· C# and OOPs

Must-have Skills:

· Strong delivery management and client-facing leadership experience.

· Experience managing strategic accounts, stakeholder relationships, and executive communications.

· Proven experience in project governance, financial management, and resource planning.

· Experience on SQL and Entity Framework.

· Must have led large-scale enterprise application development and transformation programs.

Primary Skillset: Delivery Leadership, Account Management, .NET Core, React JS,

Secondary Skillset: ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server Management Studio, AngularJS, Angular 2+, React and Web API, HTML5, CSS3 and Design Patterns, JavaScript, jQuery and JSON, C# and OOPs

Desired qualifications

Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 12 years of experience in software development and delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing teams, client accounts, and enterprise-scale .NET engagements.

Location and way of working

· Base location: PAN India

· This profile involves occasional travel to client locations and leadership meetings as required.
