Your work profile

Seeking a strategic leader with deep expertise in Asset Lifecycle Management to drive large-scale transformation programs, practice development, solution innovation, and business growth initiatives. The Associate Director will be responsible for shaping ALM strategy, leading complex engagements, and building high-performing consulting teams.

• Define and drive ALM consulting strategy and growth roadmap.
• Develop market offerings, accelerators, solution assets, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead business development, pre-sales, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Oversee large-scale global implementation and transformation programs.
• Provide executive governance and delivery oversight.
• Ensure solution quality, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish ALM architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, Digital Twins, Predictive Maintenance, IoT, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Define innovation strategies leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, IBM watsonx, and emerging AI technologies.
• Build and scale ALM consulting practice capabilities.
• Mentor managers, architects, and senior consultants.
• Support recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.

Key skills required

• 10-18 years of experience in Asset Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Facilities Management, or IWMS consulting.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation programs across multiple industries.
• Deep understanding of ALM business processes, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in practice building, sales support, and business growth.
• Expertise in cloud, AI, analytics, integration, and modernization programs.
• Experience managing large consulting teams and multi-million-dollar programs.
• MBA or equivalent business leadership qualification.
• Experience working with global clients across Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Facilities, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Public Sector domains.
