Objective of Assignment

The objective of the assignment is to provide professional PMU support services to GSBTM for planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination, documentation, procurement support, stakeholder engagement and management of strategic biotechnology and bioeconomy initiatives being undertaken by GSBTM.

Scope of Work

Project 1: Establishment & Operationalisation of the BioE3 Cell

Scope of work:

•

Support the establishment and operationalisation of the State-level BioE3 Cell under GSBTM — governance framework, operational guidelines and standard operating procedures.

•

Enable structured inter-agency coordination with DBT (GoI), DST (GoG) and ecosystem stakeholders; facilitate review meetings and align roles, timelines and deliverables.

•

Support in the identification of Partner Institutions/Industries/Academia and in finalisation of project proposals to be prepared by Partner Institutions/Industries/Academia for State priority sectors, including Biologics, Bio-AI, Bioenergy and related areas.

•

Support the development of implementation strategies, budgeting frameworks, financial planning and fund utilisation mechanisms.
