Job Title:  Consultant | Governance and Policy Development | Ahmedabad | Cyber Strategy & Transformation

 Position: Consultant Training & Documentation

A) Desired Profile:

More than 2 years. However minimum 2 Years) of experience of training and documentation in the field of CCTV Surveillance, Smart City & e-Governance Projects Management.

B) Education Qualification:

• Possess a degree of Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Computer Technology or a degree of Master of Computer Application.

C) Experience: 

• Have about 2 years’ experience in training and documentation in the field of Networking and CCTV Surveillance Infrastructure project implementation and training.

• Should have prior experience on developing, maintaining compliance document as per industry standard.

• Should have experience in working on VISIO or other network diagram representation tools.

D) Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop materials to document operational end-to-end process flows proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role.

• Writes detailed policy and procedure documents based on discussions with process owners and identification / creation of process flows with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance with business needs

• Develop and organize training materials, visual aids, and other education materials

• Maintain Master Document Control Listing and ensure compliance with documentation procedures.

• Deliver and manage technical trainings in a variety of formats including Instructor Led/Classroom Style, Webinar and Remote trainings for internal staff and clients

• Ensure that training is tracked and recorded, including progress and skill sets

• Create, manage and update training content and associate compliance audits.

• Experience in network management is appreciated

• Knowledge of IT systems and applications

• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration

• CCTV & storage Technology

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

E)  Soft Skills:

• Ability to understand and differentiate audience to be trained

• Self-motivated, innovative and able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner

• Ability to multi-task and be able to work on their own initiative 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work towards tight deadlines 

• Proficient in English, Hindi and Gujarati language
