Your work profile
- Implement, configure, and support IBM MREF (formerly TRIRIGA) solutions.
- Participate in TRIRIGA 11.x to MAS 8.x+ upgrade, migration, and modernization activities.
- Develop and customize workflows, forms, reports, integrations, and business objects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning, testing, and deployment.
- Explore and implement GenAI and Agentic AI use cases for workplace, facilities, and real estate processes.
Key skills required
- 3–6 years of experience in IBM TRIRIGA / IBM MREF.
- Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA 11.x to MAS 8.x+ upgrade projects.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience with integrations, workflows, data migration, and security configuration.
- Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or IBM watsonx.
- Good understanding of Facilities, Space, Lease, and Real Estate Management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
