Your work profile
- Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
- Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.
- Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.
Key skills required
- Develop and manage SAP BODS jobs, workflows, and data flows.
- Perform ETL development to extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA.
- Execute end-to-end data migration activities, including:
- Object scoping
- Data profiling
- Data cleansing
- Data transformation
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Analyze and resolve data extraction, transformation, and loading issues.
- Perform performance tuning of BODS jobs and data flows to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with business leads and functional consultants across FI/CO, MM, and SD.
- Understand source-to-target data structures and define appropriate mapping and transformation rules.
- Support data migration testing, defect resolution, and production deployment.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).
- Strong knowledge of BODS Architecture, Designer, and Management Console.
- Strong SQL development, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
- Experience with SAP data migration and integration processes.
- Good understanding of SAP IDocs, BAPIs, LSMW, and SAP Migration Cockpit.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
