Your work profile

• Lead SAP PP/QM workstreams across SAP S/4HANA implementation, Brownfield conversion, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects, including impact assessments, Simplification Item (SI) analysis, fit-gap workshops, remediation planning, testing, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
• Perform S/4HANA Simplification Item remediation for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable manufacturing and quality management solutions to support business transformation initiatives.
• Configure and support end-to-end SAP Production Planning processes, including Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), MRP Live, Production Orders, Process Orders, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Repetitive Manufacturing, Shop Floor Control, Batch Management, and Production Execution.
• Configure and support SAP Quality Management processes, including Quality Planning, Inspection Planning, Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, Quality Notifications, Non-Conformance Management, Vendor Quality Management, Audit Management, Certificate Processing, and Quality Reporting.
• Lead master data design and governance activities covering Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Recipes, Work Centers, Production Versions, Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC), and Sampling Procedures.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend process improvements for manufacturing optimization, quality compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP/QM with MM, SD, EWM, PM, FICO, and other SAP modules.
• Support data migration, test execution, defect resolution, user training, cutover planning, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency, production planning accuracy, quality management, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

• 6-10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
• Proven experience delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects, including Simplification Item analysis and remediation activities.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), MRP Live, Production Orders, Process Orders, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Repetitive Manufacturing, Shop Floor Control, Batch Management, and Production Execution.
• Extensive experience in Quality Planning, Inspection Planning, Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, Quality Notifications, Non-Conformance Management, Vendor Quality Management, Audit Management, and Certificate Processing.
• Strong knowledge of PP/QM master data management including Material Master, BOM, Routings, Recipes, Work Centers, Production Versions, Inspection Plans, MICs, and Sampling Procedures.
• Experience in manufacturing process transformation, production optimization, quality compliance, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing capabilities and business process redesign initiatives.
• Experience supporting integration with SAP MM, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO modules.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in testing, data migration, cutover planning, go-live support, and hypercare activities.
• Ability to independently lead workshops, requirements discussions, and solution design sessions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• SAP PP, SAP QM, or SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing certification is preferred.
• Certifications related to Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Process Excellence will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, FMCG, Industrial Products, or Process Industries is highly desirable.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and large-scale digital transformation programs is preferred.
