Your work profile

• 3–8 years of SAP Transportation Management (TM) consulting experience.
• Minimum 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects; SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, Route Determination, Load Planning, Transportation Cockpit, Freight Settlement, Charge Calculation, and Transportation Execution.

Key skills required

• 3–8 years of SAP Transportation Management (TM) consulting experience.
• Minimum 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects; SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, Route Determination, Load Planning, Transportation Cockpit, Freight Settlement, Charge Calculation, and Transportation Execution.
• Experience in integration with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse Management/EWM, Logistics Execution, and Finance.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA TM configuration and business process expertise.
• Good understanding of project implementation lifecycle including Fit-to-Standard Workshops, Configuration, Testing, Data Migration, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications, test scripts, and supporting SIT/UAT activities.
• Client-facing consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• For Senior Consultant level: Ability to lead the Transportation Management workstream, drive solution design, manage deliverables, mentor team members, and coordinate with client stakeholders.
• SAP TM certification is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
