Job Title:  Consultant | Strategy & Operational PMO | Ahmedabad | Cyber Strategy & Transformation

Position: consultant (Operation)

A) Desired Profile:

More than 3 years . However minimum 2 Years of experience in Networking, Data Center, Smart City & e-Governance Projects Management including conceptualization, assessment, Implementation and management of Projects across its life-cycle.

B) Education Qualification:

• Possess a degree of Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Computer Technology or a degree of Master of Computer Application.

• CCNA / ITIL or equivalent certificate would be preferred

C) Experience: 

• Have about 2 years’ experience in the field of Networking, and IT Infrastructure.

D) Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role

• Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated

• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications

• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues

• Great attention to detail

• CCTV, Access Control, etc. installation, implementation, support and troubleshooting.

• Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting 

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

• Coordination with vendor, stakeholders and team member for project execution, implementation and support.

• Coordination with ISP regarding implementation and availability.

E)  Soft Skills:

• Ability to multi-task and be able to work on their own initiative 

• Able to work towards tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English, Hindi and Gujarati language
