Your work profile

• Implement, configure, and support IBM MREF (formerly TRIRIGA) solutions.
• Participate in TRIRIGA 11.x to MAS 8.x+ upgrade, migration, and modernization activities.
• Develop and customize workflows, forms, reports, integrations, and business objects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning, testing, and deployment.
• Explore and implement GenAI and Agentic AI use cases for workplace, facilities, and real estate processes.

Key skills required

• 3–6 years of experience in IBM TRIRIGA / IBM MREF.
• Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA 11.x to MAS 8.x+ upgrade projects.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience with integrations, workflows, data migration, and security configuration.
• Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or IBM watsonx.
• Good understanding of Facilities, Space, Lease, and Real Estate Management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
