Work you’ll do

 

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

 

Roles & Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharma sector, leveraging network and industry expertise.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.

Oversee the delivery of SAP solutions to pharma clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the pharma sector, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Consulting, with a focus on the pharma industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and other emerging technologies.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

  • Bachelors: Commerce/ Science / Engineering background from a premier institute preferred
  • Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
