Your work profile

•      Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable, high-performance .NET Core applications

•      Define and enforce engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices

•      Drive adoption of modern architectures including microservices and cloud-native solutions

•      Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle (requirement ➝ development ➝ deployment)

•      Lead and mentor cross-functional full-stack teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery

•      Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and clients to align solutions with business goals

•      Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in planning and execution

•      Architect and oversee development using:

.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API

React JS and modern frontend frameworks

•      Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security

•      Establish and enforce code quality, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes

•      Lead cloud adoption and DevOps practices, including:

Kubernetes (KOB preferred), Docker, container orchestration

CI/CD pipeline design and implementation

•      Oversee application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in cloud and hybrid environments

•      Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies

•      Define governance standards for:

DevOps

Security and compliance
