Your work Profile

OneStream Application Support

• Support administration and maintenance of OneStream applications.
• Monitor workflows, data loads, and reporting processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance standards.

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting activities.
• Assist finance teams during month-end and year-end close processes.
• Generate and validate financial reports and dashboards.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements.
• Coordinate enhancement requests and track implementation activities.
• Facilitate communication between users and technical teams.
• Support user training and adoption initiatives.

Team & Project Coordination

• Manage assigned project tasks and timelines.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Maintain project documentation, process guides, and knowledge repositories.
• Coordinate issue tracking and resolution efforts.

Governance & Compliance

• Follow established controls, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial reporting standards.
• Assist with system access reviews and security management activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in OneStream, EPM/CPM applications, finance systems, or business analytics.
• Basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
