Your work profile

Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation and transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive project governance and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support activities.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Define Oracle FCCS solution architecture and implementation strategy.
• Design consolidation processes, ownership structures, reporting frameworks, and close management workflows.
• Recommend industry best practices for financial consolidation and reporting.
• Review and approve technical and functional solution designs.

Functional Responsibilities

• Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Design and implement:
• Financial Consolidation
• Intercompany Eliminations
• Currency Translation
• Cash Flow Reporting
• IFRS and Multi-GAAP Reporting
• Statutory and Management Reporting
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle FCCS solutions.

Technical Leadership

• Oversee FCCS configuration and development activities.
• Review:
• Metadata design
• Business Rules
• Configurable Calculations
• Security setup
• Financial Reports
• Smart View reporting solutions
• Guide integration design using Data Management, FDMEE, ERP, and other source systems.
• Ensure solution performance, scalability, and compliance.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor consultants and senior consultants.
• Conduct design reviews and quality assurance assessments.
• Support resource planning, performance management, and capability development.
• Coordinate offshore and onsite teams.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary client-facing lead for FCCS engagements.
• Communicate project status to executives and stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and resolve project issues.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle FCCS implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple FCCS implementation projects.
• Strong consulting and client management experience.
• Experience managing global or large-scale transformation programs.
