Your work profile

• Implement and support SAP Data Archiving solutions using SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and OpenText.
• Configure archiving objects, retention policies, residence rules, and data destruction processes.
• Perform archive analysis, testing, data validation, and ensure compliance with legal and business retention requirements.
• Integrate SAP ILM with OpenText for secure document and data archiving.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams during implementation, upgrades, and production support

Key skills required; -

• Strong experience in SAP Classical and SAP ILM solutions
• Understand Business processes and maps or identify archiving objects, creation of ILM policies and Retention times
• Archive Objects customization
• Scheduling archiving jobs, Monitoring archive jobs and creation of dynamic variants
• Experience in SFFCONT1 Archiving
• End to end exposure of implementation experience in archiving project, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Archive servers
• Documentation of UT, SIT and User guides.

Education

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
