Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases. The role involves working with LLMs, AI frameworks, APIs, RAG, and cloud technologies to build scalable and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI/GenAI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI APIs.
• Develop and optimize REST APIs and backend services for AI applications.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Implement vector databases and semantic search for knowledge retrieval.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Perform model evaluation, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, Product Owners, and Engineering teams.
• Deploy AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex or equivalent.
• Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP AI services.
• Understanding of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
• Knowledge of MCP, tool calling, function calling, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn.
• Exposure to MLflow, Databricks, Spark, or MLOps.
• Experience building enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
