Qualifications & Skillset:
- Postgraduate degree in engineering, infrastructure planning, or related field
- Experience in DPR review, infrastructure project appraisal, techno economic analysis including financial modelling, cost analysis and project structuring
- Exposure to public sector infrastructure projects, industrial infrastructure, logistics, urban infrastructure, or economic zone development
- Familiarity with government project approval processes and funding mechanisms
- Ability to assess economic impact and employment potential of infrastructure investments
