Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Oracle EPM: All | Ahmedabad | Finance Transformation | Business Finance

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reconciliation and financial close processes.

Configure Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, profiles, formats, and workflows.

Design and implement automated account reconciliation and matching solutions.

Integrate ARCS with Oracle ERP, EPM Cloud, SAP, and other source systems.

Manage data loads, mappings, validations, and reconciliation balances.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.

Perform system testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production support.

Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides.

Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions to business users.

Work closely with finance, accounting, audit, and IT stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and audit requirements.

Lead client discussions, workshops, and status reporting activities.

Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance.

Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives within ARCS.
