Position: Senior Consultant – Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)

Practice: Finance Transformation / Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai (depending on project requirements)

Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice, you will lead and deliver Oracle FCCS implementations, working with global clients to transform financial consolidation, close, reporting, and reconciliation processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to design and implement Oracle EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Configure and develop FCCS applications, including:
• Metadata management
• Business rules
• Consolidations
• Intercompany eliminations
• Currency translations
• Cash flow automation
• Financial reporting solutions
• Design and support data integrations using Data Management/FDMEE and ERP source systems
• Support statutory, management, IFRS, and multi-GAAP reporting requirements.
• Perform testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
• Manage project deliverables, status reporting, and client communications.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Oracle FCCS implementation projects.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Suite 11.x and/or Oracle FCCS Cloud.
• Strong expertise in:
• Consolidation processes
• Intercompany eliminations
• Currency translation
• Financial reporting
• Cash flow reporting
• Hands-on development of:
• Metadata
• Business Rules/Calculation Manager
• Dashboards
• Web Forms
• Data Reconciliations
• Experience with Hyperion tools such as HFM, FDMEE, Smart View, and Financial Reporting is preferred.

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Financial Consolidation
• Balance Sheet
• Income Statement
• Cash Flow Statements
• IFRS and multi-GAAP reporting
• Experience in Finance Transformation and EPM implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Oracle FCCS/EPM certifications preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead workstreams.
