Your work profile

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with experience in Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, Energy & Utilities Asset Management, or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS). The candidate will lead solution design, implementation, integration, and transformation initiatives across leading ALM platforms.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise, along with exposure to emerging technologies including Generative AI, AI Agents, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Asset Management solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ALM solution designs.
• Configure, implement, customize, and support ALM/EAM/IWMS platforms.
• Participate in product upgrades, migrations, cloud transformations, and modernization programs.
• Develop workflows, business rules, integrations, reports, dashboards, and custom applications.
• Support asset lifecycle processes including planning, acquisition, operations, maintenance, compliance, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Perform solution testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in data migration, system integration, and API development activities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and automation within asset management processes.
• Contribute to solution documentation, best practices, and knowledge management.

Key skills required

• 6-10 years of experience in ALM, EAM, IWMS, Facilities Management, or Asset Management platforms.
• Experience with one or more platforms such as IBM Maximo, IBM TRIRIGA, IFS, IPS Energy, SAP EAM, Archibus, Planon, or ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of Asset, Maintenance, Facilities, Energy, Space, Lease, or Real Estate Management processes.
• Experience with integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Strong technical skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud).
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with GenAI, AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, IBM watsonx, or similar AI technologies.
• Master’s degree in computer science or related areas, Certification in any ALM related platform
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Facilities, or Infrastructure industries.
