·         Demonstrate capital project management capabilities and professional experience in execution of large semiconductor projects

·         Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream

·         Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments

·         Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing project landscape

·         Communicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel for delivering engagements

The ideal Candidate:

·         3-8 years of experience in executing capital projects and plant set-ups in industrial/ manufacturing/ large infrastructure sectors.

·         Should have good written & oral communication Skills

·         Analytical skills and mastery of MS Excel

·         Early joiners shall be preferable

Key Responsibilities :

·         Preparation of integrated L3 Schedule preparation using project scheduling software and periodic updates and reporting of critical paths- Microsoft Projects/ Primavera P6

·         Conducting project schedule analysis to identify delay/ lags in the project and to derive mitigation strategies to overcome the delays

·         Manage discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns & developing mitigation actions

·         Identify and advise on best practices, risk identification & mitigation, stakeholder management, etc

·         Stakeholder progress reporting through MIS reports

·         Review of contracts and payments, monitoring of costs and reporting

·         Preparation on presentations on project status updates

Desired qualifications

B.E. Mech/Civil/Electrical from Tier 1/2 colleges + Post Graduation – Preferred (MBA/Post graduate diploma in Construction Management)
