Your work profile
Administer SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments, including Global Accounts, Directories, Subaccounts and Entitlements.
Manage BTP services, service instances, service keys, quotas and subscriptions.
Configure and manage BTP Security and Identity including roles, role collections, authorizations and user access.
Work with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
Configure and support Cloud Connector for secure connectivity between on-premise systems and SAP BTP.
Monitor BTP environments, applications, services and system health.
Troubleshoot BTP connectivity, authentication, authorization and service-related issues.
Manage Destinations, Connectivity Services and Authorization & Trust Management (XSUAA).
Support SAP BTP integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ECC and other cloud/on-premise applications.
Manage BTP application deployments and support development teams with required platform configurations.
Implement security best practices, access controls and compliance requirements.
Monitor resource utilization, service availability and platform performance.
Support high availability, disaster recovery and backup-related activities where applicable.
Coordinate with SAP, infrastructure, security and application teams for incident resolution.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and architecture diagrams.
Participate in BTP upgrades, migrations, implementations and platform enhancements.
Key skills required
Exposure to SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
Knowledge of SAP API Management.
Exposure to SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Build.
Knowledge of Kyma Runtime / Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
Exposure to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
SAP BTP certification is an added advantage
