Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (Pharmaceutical Industry) 

Job Summary:

The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in SAP FI/CO modules, with a focus on implementing and supporting SAP solutions within the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP best practices, pharmaceutical business processes, and regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       SAP FICO Implementation and Support:

Design, configure, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions to meet the specific needs of the pharmaceutical business. 

·       Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications. 

·       Configuration and Testing:

Configure SAP FI/CO modules, conduct system and integration testing, and ensure the quality of delivered solutions. 

·       User Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities. 

·       Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, such as GMP and GXP, and support validation documentation and change control processes. 

·       Integration Management:

Manage the integration of SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and with non-SAP systems. 

·       Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO configurations, customizations, and user procedures. 

·       Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionality, working with technical teams as needed. 

·       Project Management:

Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. 

·       Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the SAP FICO landscape.

Desired qualifications

·       CA or Equivalent

·       7-10+ years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.

·       Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.

·       Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

·       Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.

Location and way of working

·       Base location: PAN India

·       This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
