Your work profile

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams across SAP S/4HANA implementation, Brownfield conversion, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion initiatives, including assessment, Fit-Gap analysis, Simplification Item (SI) remediation, testing, cutover planning, deployment, and Hypercare support.
• Analyze and remediate S/4HANA Simplification Items impacting Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Product Costing, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, and other finance processes.
• Design, configure, and support end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Configure and support SAP FICO processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Lead Product Costing and Cost Object Controlling initiatives, including cost estimates, cost rollups, variance calculation, actual costing, and month-end costing activities.
• Support Material Ledger activation, Actual Costing processes, inventory valuation, and costing-related S/4HANA transformation activities.
• Conduct business process workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and Fit-Gap assessments to identify improvement opportunities and transformation requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize financial controlling, profitability management, period-end closing, and management reporting processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, Treasury, and other SAP solutions.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, testing, defect management, deployment, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments.
• Drive finance transformation, process standardization, cost optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 6-10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience with strong expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
• Proven experience delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects.
• Hands-on experience in Simplification Item (SI) analysis, impact assessment, remediation, testing, and business process adaptation activities.
• Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Strong experience in Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Cost Component Structures, Actual Costing, Variance Analysis, and Manufacturing Cost Accounting processes.
• Experience supporting Material Ledger activation, Actual Costing, inventory valuation, and S/4HANA costing transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Closing, Management Reporting, and Controlling processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, Treasury, and related SAP modules.
• Experience in data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover planning, Hypercare support, and business process validation.
• Ability to lead workshops, requirement discussions, solution design sessions, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Process Industries environments will be an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance for Group Reporting, Product Costing, Management Accounting, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
• MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and large-scale SAP transformation programs is preferred.
• Experience in global rollouts, Brownfield transformations, and enterprise finance modernization initiatives will be an added advantage.
