Your work profile

• Configure and support SAP SD functionalities, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Work on the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
• Configure sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, and copy controls.
• Work on pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and output determination.
• Handle delivery processing, picking, packing, shipment, and billing.
• Integrate SAP SD with SAP MM, FI/CO, and other relevant modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live activities.

Key skills required

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation/support.
• Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Experience in pricing, sales orders, delivery, shipping, and billing.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SAP FI.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and issue resolution.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
