Your work profile

• Lead and support SAP WM implementations, global rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Provide strong functional expertise across end-to-end SAP Warehouse Management processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP WM solutions.
• Perform SAP WM configuration and functional solution design.
• Configure and support:
• Warehouse structures
• Storage types, storage sections, and storage bins
• Transfer Requirements and Transfer Orders
• Putaway and picking strategies
• Replenishment
• Stock transfers and warehouse movements
• Physical inventory
• Handling Units
• Warehouse master data
• Work extensively on MM-WM integration, including inventory movements, goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers.
• Work on integration with SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO wherever applicable.
• Troubleshoot warehouse-process and integration issues and perform detailed root-cause analysis.
• Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, picking, putaway, replenishment, and inventory processes.
• Work with technical and integration teams on interfaces, IDocs, APIs, RF/mobile solutions, and third-party warehouse applications.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and process documentation.
• Support global template rollouts and country/company-code deployments.
• Analyze existing warehouse processes and recommend improvements and optimized solutions.
• Provide functional guidance to project teams and junior consultants.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, supply-chain, business, and technical stakeholders.

Key skills required

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP WM functional experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Warehouse Management processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP WM configuration and functional solutioning.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Warehouse structures
• Storage types, sections, and bins
• Transfer Requirements and Transfer Orders
• Putaway and picking strategies
• Movement types
• Replenishment
• Physical inventory
• Stock transfers
• Handling Units
• Strong understanding of SAP MM-WM integration.
• Good knowledge of integration with SAP SD, PP, and QM.
• Experience with global implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong functional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and integration teams.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently own complex functional requirements and provide solution guidance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with S/4HANA Warehouse Management / Stock Room Management.
• Experience with SAP EWM.
• Experience with RF/mobile warehouse transactions.
• Experience with third-party warehouse management systems and interfaces.
• Functional understanding of IDocs, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience with global template and multi-country rollouts.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer products, or other large global organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
