- Good understanding with the SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable pay module, including its functionalities and configuration.
- Understand client Compensation & variable pay cycles and be able to design the process in successfactors.
- Ability to analyse compensation and variable pay data populated in the sheet, analyze the eligibility rules Comp and variable pay, incentive plans, Bonus plans etc.
- Atleast 3 end to end implementation on Compensation & Variable pay modules
- Knowledge of story reporting in Compensation management.
- Ability to verify trackback the calculations.
- Good knowledge of integration in compensation and EC.
- Support customers during compensation cycle processes.
- good understanding of Comp statement, able to design and develop comp statement
- Certification is preferred
