Monitor progress of projects against approved scope, cost, quality and timelines.

Establish project-wise monitoring mechanisms and maintain a consolidated project dashboard.

Review physical and financial progress and identify delays, cost overruns and critical bottlenecks.

Support GUDM in developing early-warning mechanisms for projects requiring management intervention.

Undertake periodic site visits to assess progress and validate reported status.

Track achievement of key milestones from tendering through construction and completion.
