The team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle and Project/Program Management

Your work profile

Leadership & Engagement Management

• Lead and manage a team of 3–4 Consultants/Senior Consultants to deliver high-impact manufacturing transformation projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, capability development, and performance management for the consulting team.

Strategic Advisory & Digital Transformation

• Develop and steer comprehensive digital transformation and manufacturing excellence roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
• Conduct complex diagnostic assessments to identify opportunities across operational efficiency, productivity, asset utilization, and cost optimization.
• Define and guide the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Industry 4.0 strategies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Thought Leadership & Best Practices

• Advise senior client stakeholders on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advanced manufacturing.
• Translate technical and operational insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans for leadership teams.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics in manufacturing environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with technology, engineering, supply chain, and business transformation teams to ensure successful integration of digital and process-improvement initiatives.
• Support change management strategy, communication plans, and capability-building programs to ensure sustainability of improvements.

Client Relationship & Business Development

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client leadership; build trusted advisor relationships.
• Identify new opportunities, support proposal development, and contribute to practice growth.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing domain, preferably in consulting, operational excellence, or digital transformation roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing excellence programs, including Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Proven track record of independently managing client engagements and delivering high-value transformation outcomes.
• Strong understanding of modern manufacturing technologies (MES, IoT, Advanced Analytics, Automation, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor consultants, and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Engineering or relevant technical degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, MS) preferred\

Location and way of working

·      Bangalore/Delhi/Mumbai

·      This role involves extensive travel.
