Job Title: SAP MMWM Senior Consultant (Pharmaceutical Industry) 

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP MMWM module within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP MMWM functionality, integration with other SAP modules, and the specific business processes relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, such as inventory management of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods, as well as procurement, and quality control. 

Responsibilities:

·       Implementation and Configuration:

Implement and configure SAP MMWM modules (e.g., material master, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, Storage bin, Storage section etc) to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP). 

·       Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Analyze business requirements from various stakeholders (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, quality assurance) and translate them into functional specifications for SAP MMWM solutions. 

·       Integration:

Ensure seamless integration of SAP MMWM with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, QM) and with external systems, including those related to manufacturing execution, laboratory information management (LIMS), and track and trace. 

·       Data Management:

Manage master data within SAP MMWM, including material master data, vendor master data, purchasing info records, and pricing conditions. 

·       Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP MMWM solutions. 

·       Training and Support:

Provide end-user training on SAP MMWM processes and procedures and offer ongoing support to resolve issues and address user inquiries. 

·       Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to optimize business processes within SAP MMWM, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency. 

·       Project Participation:

Participate in SAP implementation projects, system upgrades, and other related initiatives. 

·       Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP MMWM configuration, processes, and user procedures. 

·       Stay Updated:

Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to the pharmaceutical industry. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience as an SAP MMWM consultant, with a strong track record of successful implementations. 
  • Deep understanding of SAP MMWM functionality and its integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, QM). 
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a good understanding of its unique business processes.
  • Minimum 1 E2E implementation in pharma industry is must.
