As a Consultant in our Technology & Transformation Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations

Key Skills & Competencies

Professional Experience: 6–9 years of overall experience, with significant time spent in data modelling and data architecture within the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on Private or Retail Banking. 

• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial products, processes, and the data lifecycle within the Private and/or Retail Banking sectors. Proven experience in data modelling for regulatory reporting (e.g., Risk, Finance). 

• Modelling with UML & Object-Oriented Modelling: Create and maintain robust data models using standard notations, including Unified Modelling Language (UML) Class Models for representing logical and physical data entities. Good to have Object Oriented Modelling experience. 

• Proven expertise in relational, dimensional, and modern data modelling techniques. Experience designing for complex data structures, including multi-domain, hierarchical, and unstructured data across enterprise systems, cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), and specialized big data environments. 

• Extensive, hands-on experience with enterprise data architecture, including logical and physical data modelling, data governance frameworks, and harmonized data provisioning. 

• Data Modelling Tools: Expert proficiency with data modelling tools such as Power Designer, ER/Studio, Erwin or similar. 

• Exceptional project and senior stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across different functions and seniority levels. 

• Strong understanding of database technologies (relational and cloud-based), Big Data technologies, and data integration patterns. Knowledge of XMI, XML, JSON, or similar data communication languages is an advantage. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Education - B. tech / BE in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Success Metrics

• Strong experience in Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling.
• Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases.

• Design, develop and deploy solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions
• Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand
• Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
• Solve day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase
• Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.

• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities.
• Experience with data warehouse, data lake, concepts and enterprise big data platforms.
• Strong SQL and Advanced SQL skills
• Experience on Data profiling, building data models would be an advantage
