Your work profile

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Prism Analytics solutions to support business reporting, analytics, and data transformation requirements.
• Build and maintain Prism data pipelines, datasets, and advanced reporting solutions leveraging Workday best practices.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Prism Analytics and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate data from multiple sources into Workday Prism.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Prism Analytics, reporting, and data integration issues with minimal supervision.
• Optimize data models, transformations, and reporting performance to improve end-user experience and business insights.
• Develop technical documentation, solution designs, data mappings, and deployment artifacts.
• Mentor junior consultants and support teams in Prism Analytics development and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to successful project delivery while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Key skills required: 

• Must have strong experience in Workday Prism Analytics implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Minimum 4-6 years of Workday experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Prism Analytics experience.
• Ability to independently lead Prism workstreams through all project phases including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Experience in designing and building complex data pipelines, transformations, and data preparation workflows within Workday Prism.
• Strong understanding of Workday Reporting including Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
• Experience integrating data from internal and external systems into Prism using EIBs, Workday-delivered connectors, APIs, and cloud-based data sources.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data validation, data governance, and data quality management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL concepts, data warehousing principles, and analytics methodologies.
• Experience working with Workday Integration technologies including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Web Services, XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to create detailed solution designs, data mapping documents, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Experience supporting production incidents, troubleshooting data issues, and providing warranty support.
• Good understanding of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance data structures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting solutions to business and technical audiences.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management processes.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Good to have:

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and analytics integrations.
• Experience with Workday Extend, Workday Query Language (WQL), and Discovery Boards.
• Knowledge of data lake, cloud analytics, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Experience with Workday Studio and advanced integration development.
• Understanding of financial and workforce planning analytics use cases.
• Experience with large-scale data migration, cleansing, and transformation initiatives.

Preferred:

• Experience collaborating with technical architects and solution leads on analytics architecture reviews and governance approvals.
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions in a managed services or support environment.
• Experience leading client workshops, business requirement sessions, and analytics strategy discussions.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven decision-making through Workday Prism and reporting solutions.
• Relevant Workday certifications in Prism Analytics, Reporting, and Integrations are highly preferred.
