As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

 

Work profile

 

As a practitioner, in our Technology & Transformation practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate capital project management capabilities and professional experience in execution of Industrial, Thermal Power or Energy sector projects
  • Understand and lead long term projects in the Industrial/ Power/ Energy sector
  • Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream
  • Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments
  • Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing project landscape
  • Communicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel for delivering engagements

 

The ideal Candidate:

  • 8-15 years of experience in executing large capital projects in Industrial or Thermal Power or Energy sectors. Past working experience with a Big 4, Accenture or other reputed technical consultants in Capital Project Management is preferred.
  • Should have good communication and BD Skills

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support in business development activities across multiple market segments (Govt, Private Sector, International Geographies) and establish a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage a portfolio of delivery projects and help in meeting engagement objectives set with the client

o   Generate project MIS, dashboards, and periodic project progress reports

o   Assist in defining and implementation of project governance processes

o   Conduct periodic reviews with client leadership and execution teams

o   Analyse project performance for identification and resolution of critical bottlenecks

o   Support project execution by developing strategies to optimize project cost and cycle time

o   Review productivity at site and suggest means to improve the same

o   Conduct project risk identification and mitigation

  • Mentor project execution team on ground in terms of various skills around client management, project management and business development
  • Support in firm level initiatives like recruitment & branding
  • Establish good connects with senior leadership of existing as well as prospective clients
  • Assist in development and implementation of digital project management platforms

 

Desired qualifications

B.E. Mech/Civil/Electrical from Tier 1/2 colleges + Post Graduation (MBA/Post graduate diploma in Construction Management)

  • Base location: Delhi/Odisha/Kolkata
  • This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations
