Your work profile
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP applications in S/4HANA environments.
- Develop technical solutions using modern ABAP programming techniques and SAP development best practices.
- Build and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow (RICEFW) objects.
- Develop and consume OData services to support SAP Fiori applications.
- Design and develop CDS Views, AMDPs, and reusable data models for optimized performance on SAP HANA.
- Develop RESTful applications using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), where applicable.
- Create and enhance interfaces using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, APIs, and Web Services.
- Perform code optimization, debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, unit test cases, and technical documentation.
- Support deployments, production issues, and continuous improvements.
Key skills required
- Education : Graduate degree (Science or Engineering)
- 5–10 years of strong SAP ABAP development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP)
- ABAP on SAP HANA
- Core Data Services (CDS Views)
- ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP)
- OData Services (Gateway)
- RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
- Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework)
- BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, APIs, and Web Services
- SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts
- Performance optimization and SQL tuning on SAP HANA
- Strong understanding of SAP development standards, transport management, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Base location: Pan India
- This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
