Work you’ll do
We’re looking for an autonomous self-starter with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills—a strategic thinker who can become a trusted advisor for the client. As a Client Service Associate Director (CSAD) you’ll work with senior leaders, subject matter experts to deliver the best of Deloitte, strengthen relationships with our most important clients. With a client-first mindset, you will align with Deloitte’s businesses to execute business priorities and expand our services footprint, bring insights and leading practices to accounts, help develop and deliver solutions to address client issues.
Responsibilities:
You will serve as “Client Service Associate Director” flexing the role you play as you deliver against account priorities particularly in Financial Services Industry Experience, serving with:
- Building relationship & operate as a trusted advisor / consultant to the clients
- Running new ideas with the clients and helping them in strategizing the right solution for their business environment
- Understanding integrated market offering (IMO)/ functional storefront and unique/ innovative solutions relevant to the client
- Driving growth by developing, qualifying, and collaborating on opportunities and leveraging the appropriate specialists/resources
- Creating a multi-disciplinary model so all the businesses can collaborate and present a cohesive face to the client
- Acting as the principal liaison between the member organizations and the company's senior management to continue to evolve the solutions to meet the needs of the clients
- Introducing Deloitte cross-functional teams to the client and demonstrate Deloitte's deep industry/sector capabilities
- Engaging client on relevant Deloitte proprietary events and programs (Convergence/ET awards) & help build the Deloitte brand
Requirement:
- Minimum 12-20 years of experience for Financial services and various industry experience in client service role
- MBA (Marketing) from reputed institute
- Ability to articulate concepts to Senior Leadership
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical skills, good business understanding
