Role Summary
We are looking for an Azure DevOps Analyst to support CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and day-to-day cloud operations. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in enterprise-scale DevOps and Azure environments.
Job Description (JD)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
- Support Infrastructure as Code deployments using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or Ansible
- Configure and manage Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Storage, and basic AKS setups
- Work with YAML/JSON pipeline configurations and automation scripts
- Support container-based deployments and basic Kubernetes operations
- Monitor applications using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Assist in creating dashboards, alerts, and log queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for release management and deployment readiness
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications or training in Cloud/DevOps technologies are advantageous
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience or hands-on exposure to DevOps or cloud engineering
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep)
- Understanding of Azure services (VMs, Storage, App Service, Functions)
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Understanding of Git, version control, and branching strategies
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure certifications such as AZ-900 (Fundamentals); AZ-104 or AZ-400 are a plus
- Exposure to Azure security concepts (RBAC, Key Vault)
- Familiarity with YAML pipelines and GitOps practices
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
