Work Profile 

  • Conduct research and analysis on the power and energy sector, including market trends, policy developments, and regulatory updates.  

  • Assist in preparing financial models for power sector projects, business evaluations, and investment analyses.  

  • Support the review and analysis of electricity regulations, tariff orders, policy documents, and regulatory filings.  

  • Contribute to energy audit assignments by analysing operational and energy consumption data.  

  • Evaluate the commercial viability of energy and power sector projects through financial and business analysis.  

  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and client deliverables with actionable insights.  

  • Perform market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis across the energy value chain.  

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support project execution and timely delivery.  

  • Track developments in conventional and renewable energy markets and assess their business implications.  

 

Educational Qualification 

  • MBA (Finance,HR Power Management, Energy Management, Operations, or equivalent) from a recognized institute.  

 

Skills 

  • Basic understanding of the Indian power sector and electricity regulatory framework.  

  • 0–1 year of relevant experience or internship in the power, energy, utilities, or consulting sector.  

  • Exposure to HR manual/Policies, financial modelling and financial statement analysis.  

  • Understanding of energy auditing concepts and energy efficiency initiatives.  

  • Awareness of the commercial aspects of power generation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy projects.  

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,Power BI 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
