Role Title: PMO / Change Management Analyst

Engagement: Client-facing support for OMS transformation
Role Summary:
As a PMO / Change Management Analyst, you will support program governance, change readiness tracking, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective execution of the OMS transformation. You will work closely with the Program Lead, Change Lead, and delivery teams to maintain visibility into progress, risks, and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support overall Program Management Office (PMO) activities, including status reporting, dashboards, and issue/risk logs.
- Assist in developing and executing change management plans and communications.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
- Prepare weekly/monthly program reports for leadership and client stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to document decisions and follow-up actions.
- Support readiness assessments and change adoption tracking.
- Help maintain program documentation repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in PMO, change management, or project coordination roles.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with program tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and client teams.
- Knowledge of enterprise transformation frameworks preferred.
- Understanding of Order Management Lifecycle and Orchestration will be added advantage
