Job Title:  Analyst | D365 F&O - Functional Finance | Bengaluru | Emerging ERP Solutions

Role: Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance Functional)

• 1-3 years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a Finance Functional Analyst.
• Support the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Credit & Collections, Tax, and Fixed Assets.
• Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Work closely with functional and technical team members to deliver project activities on time.
• Assist in data migration, data management, deployments, and system testing activities.
• Provide application support, incident resolution, and defect analysis in SLA-based support engagements.
• Experience working with incident management/ticketing tools.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.
• Identify issues, escalate risks appropriately, and support the team in implementing solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment.
• Flexible with work hours and comfortable working in an Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model, including travel if required.

Primary Skillset:

D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Credit & Collections, Tax, Fixed Assets, and related finance modules.

Secondary Skillset:

Data Migration, Data Management, Testing (SIT/UAT), Go-live Support, and Production Support.
