Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.
We are looking for a motivated SCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and will work closely with business users to analyse requirements, design solutions, and implement SCM functionalities within D365 F&O.
- Work closely with business users to understand financial processes and requirements.
- Configure and implement Finance modules in D365 F&O (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Taxation).
- Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional design.
- Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT) by preparing test scripts and validating results.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting needs.
- Document functional designs, process flows, and solution configurations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards, audit requirements, and localization features.
- Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O Finance features and industry best practices.
- Base location: Bangalore
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.

Your role as an Analyst/Consultant.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in D365 Finance & Operations (Finance modules).
- Strong understanding of financial business processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Taxation).
- Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.
- Familiarity with data management frameworks and reporting in D365 F&O.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Good knowledge of configuration and setup of Finance modules within D365 F&O.
- Basic understanding of integrations with other modules like Finance, Retail, or Power Platform is a plus.
Preferred:
- D365 Finance certification (MB-310) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Electronic reporting, Power BI, Excel add-ins, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Prior experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementation projects will be an advantage.
