The Team
Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) is a Service Area within Consulting where professionals provide various service offerings on Finance, Global Business Services, SAP, Oracle and Project/Program Management. The goal is to help clients achieve outstanding value from their enterprise technology investments with a holistic and strategic approach to technology transformation.
The Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) team is looking for talent to join the Finance and Performance practice. The practice provides guidance to CFO’s office and finance teams to design strategies, implement and deliver solutions for finance processes, operation and supporting technology to navigate through the complexities of finance function. The team focuses on providing insights to drive profitability and growth resulting in value creation.
Service offerings by the practice are as follows-
· Finance Strategies, Organization and Talent – Focuses to define the positioning of finance function
o Our team provides offerings such as service-delivery and operating-model design, and Business Process Outsourcing advice, ways to synchronize governance and business practices across organization locations to enhance collaboration and drive efficiencies
o Our team provides strategic services including technology, data, systems architecture, and talent strategies to ensure successful transformations in areas such as general strategy, capital management, IPO readiness, and events and turnarounds
· Business Process Re-engineering driven technology implementation – Focuses to reinforce top-line business strategies by energizing core operational processes and technology implementation (ERP, process mining, automation and visualization tools). We leverage our active alliances in market with SAP, Oracle, High Radius, Celonis etc. for implementation.
o Operational Finance – Our team transforms and optimizes day-to-day operational finance functions using lean methodology in end-to-end process areas such as order to cash, procure to pay, close, consolidation, reporting
o Business Finance - Our team leverages the power of advanced analytics and statistical forecasting to support process transformation, including business finance process like Driver based planning, budgeting and forecasting, Cost & profitability management, Management Reporting Framework and wireframe design, use case identification for financial analytics
· Enterprise Performance Management – Focus is on the complete range of the finance function with linked interactions
o Our team provides services to streamline process for financial consolidation, development of financial and management reporting solution and profitability and cost analytics solutions, design of performance dashboards and development of models for Budgeting, Forecasting, and Business Planning. We leverage our active alliances in market with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, Board etc. for implementation.
· Advisory for Project Management – Focus is to deliver excellence by supporting projects and programs to fulfill business requirements and hygiene
o Our team provides offerings such as end-to-end portfolio, program and project Management, advisory for agile transformation, design and run enterprise PMO setup, advisory for transition, migration and change management
· Global Business Services – Focus on helping clients with their GBS journey and end-to-end implementation enabling smooth transition to the new model
o Our support covers the entire GBS lifecycle, from initial set-up and feasibility assessment to operating model design, third-party outsourcing, and performance management and maturity assessment
o Our team simplifies, eliminates, re-engineers, and automates processes to enhance service delivery using industry-leading tools like UI Path
o We specialize in scalable resourcing to enhance service delivery. Our GBS managed services (operate) include office setup, organizational design, leadership and staff hiring, and transition management, with the goal of handing over the center to the client after stabilization. Our key solution enablers include Control Tower – a Talent Hub tool that provides persona-based insights into operational performance and productivity
· Treasury – Focus on enabling CFOs and treasury leaders with effective management of cash, liquidity, risk, bank relationships, and enterprise value
o Our team modernizes and optimizes treasury operations using best practices and technology, offers expert guidance to design an effective organizational structure aligned with strategic goals, and provides comprehensive support throughout the TMS implementation journey
o Our team facilitates treasury function integration with Day 1 readiness, performs BAU treasury activities for the client, and delivers strategic solutions to optimize cash flow, cut costs, and enhance supplier relationships. We leverage key solution enablers such as Kyriba and IBSFintech.
Job Overview
The primary role of a Consultant will be to make immediate and direct contribution to enhance our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. Assist Finance organizations in solving complex challenges and adding greater value to the business
To achieve this, you will be expected to perform the following activities:
· Project Delivery –
o Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended solutions and strategies.
o Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met in accordance with client expectations
o Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements, industry trends, and market dynamics
o Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions
· Assist in Business Development –
o Assist in preparation of porposals and responses to RFPs by collaborating across competencies/ alliances/ service lines
· Stakeholder Management –
o Identify and engage with key stakeholders both within the client organization and internally.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations
· Collaboration and Team Culture-
o Thrive in a collaborative team environment, actively participating in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
o Collaborate with team members to leverage diverse skill sets and perspectives, contributing to well-rounded and innovative solutions
o Engage in cross-functional teamwork to ensure seamless integration of recommendations and strategies
Skills Required
· Qualifications:
o Candidates CA Qualified- 1st Attempt preferred (strong article ship) / MBA from a premium institute / CPA/ ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA or equivalent
o Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework
· Experience
o 0-2 years of relevant experience across consulting and/or industry roles, post qualification would be preferred
· Skills and Competencies
o Ability to challenge the status quo, deliver compelling and well-structured arguments for change and transformation
o Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
o Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
o Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc.
o Working knowledge of any technologies in digital finance would be an added advantage
o Willingness to travel - This role required travel as per project requirements
o Ability to challenge the status quo, deliver compelling and well-structured arguments for change and transformation
