Your work profile
· Design, develop, and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform to improve employee experience and streamline HR operations.
· Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Center / Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and HR Catalog items.
· Translate business and HR process requirements into scalable technical solutions, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow.
· Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes, Flow Designer flows, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
· Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and integration teams to understand functional needs and implement effective HRSD solutions.
· Support UAT planning and execution, including defect resolution, test case validation, and production deployment support.
Key skills required
· 2-3 Years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
· Strong experience in HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, HR Knowledge Base, and HR Service Catalog.
· Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
· Strong understanding of HR business processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee queries, document management, and case routing.
· Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models, Jira, and ServiceNow update set / deployment processes.
· Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across HR, technical, and business teams.
· Good knowledge of ServiceNow security model, ACLs, roles, and data privacy standards.
· Relevant certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-HRSD preferred.
