Your work profile 

• Work with the Product teams to gather requirements and create non-Functional requirements.
• Develop e2e automated performance test scripts using LoadRunner/JMeter tool and execution of the same in Performance Centre/ LRE or cloud machines.
• Document results, create analysis report and provide recommendations for Performance Enhancement/ bottle neck remediation.
• Create/ follow up on Performance Defects and Escalate issues/ risks to project management as needed.
• Hands-on Experience on monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace is an added advantage.
• Adaptability to work in new tools if required like Neo load.

Key Skills Required

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Overall, 1-3 years’ experience in Performance testing

Proficient in Performance Testing Concepts

Proficient in any performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, OATS, NeoLoad

Ability to execute end-to-end performance testing assignments with guidance.                                                                                                                                       

Adaptability of working with global clients

Good communication skills (Oral & Verbal)

Knowledge & Experience in performance engineering concepts

Strong Experience in any of the two protocols such as SAP, Web, GUI Protocols is a must AJAX, TrueClient, experience will be an advantage

Experience on working with Banking domain.

Excellent scripting skills in developing performance scripts

Good problem solving and decision-making skills

Open to learn and explore with new market trends and tools

Open to Hybrid work model

Tools: Basic hands-on knowledge or strong theoretical understanding of Apache JMeter or LoadRunner.

Programming Basics: Fundamental understanding of Java, Python, or C/C++ to assist with script customization and parameterization.

Database Skills: Basic familiarity with SQL to execute queries and verify database performance during transactions.

Banking Domain Knowledge: Basic awareness of core banking concepts, transaction flows, or APIs (a major plus for career growth).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to articulate test outcomes.
