Your work profile

·      Support Coupa implementation activities across requirements gathering, configuration assistance, testing, and deployment.

·      Participate in discovery sessions and document business requirements, process steps, and functional gaps.

·      Assist in configuring Coupa modules (P2P, SIM, Sourcing, Invoicing, Approvals) under the guidance of senior team members.

·      Provide day‑to‑day functional support to Coupa users, help troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex items as needed.

·      Execute SIT and UAT test cases, validate expected results, log defects, and support resolution activities.

·      Support supplier enablement tasks, catalog management, vendor data updates, and form configuration maintenance.

·      Assist with integration validations by checking data transfers between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA).

·      Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, training materials, and configuration logs.

·      Track new Coupa features and help assess potential enhancements or process improvements.

·      Collaborate with consultants, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and ongoing operations.

Key skills required

·      1–2 years of experience working with Coupa or Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) systems, with exposure to configuration, support, or operations activities.

·      Strong understanding of basic procurement processes such as requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier onboarding.

·      Ability to gather and document business requirements, map process flows, and support functional configuration under guidance.

·      Familiarity with Coupa user interface, forms, approval workflows, and basic troubleshooting of common user issues.

·      Exposure to ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4HANA preferred) and an understanding of how procurement data flows between Coupa and ERP will be an added advantage.

·      Basic understanding of integrations, file formats, master data concepts, and validation rules.

·      Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation.

·      Experience participating in SIT/UAT cycles, executing test cases, logging defects, and validating expected outcomes.

·      Proficiency in documentation tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.

·      Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with consultants, business users, and technical teams.

·      Willingness to learn new Coupa features, stay updated on releases, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
