Your work profile

• Assist in basic data modeling using BW/4HANA modeling tools and interfaces
• Support data acquisition processes from various source systems
• Participate in query development and basic reporting activities
• Execute data transfer processes (DTPs) and monitor data loads
• Assist in validation and testing of BW objects and data flows
• Develop and unit test ABAP routines in BW transformations under guidance: start routines (pre-processing on SOURCE_PACKAGE), field routines for single-field derivations, and end routines (post-processing on RESULT_PACKAGE).

Key skills required

• Should have atleast 1-2 years of relevant experience in SAP BW.
• Technical Activities: Learn and work with new BW/4HANA user interfaces for modeling data models and data flows.
• Basic configuration of InfoObjects, DataStore Objects (advanced), and Composite Providers
• Execute queries using SAP BusinessObjects Analysis for Microsoft Office
• Support process chain execution and basic monitoring
• Participate in transport activities on existing transport requests
• Fundamentals of ABAP OO used by BW routines (methods embedded in local class of the transformation).
• Foundation knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA concepts and architecture
• Understanding of basic data warehousing principles
• Familiarity with HANA in-memory processing concepts
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Develop and unit test ABAP routines in BW transformations under guidance: start routines (pre-processing on SOURCE_PACKAGE), field routines for single-field derivations, and end routines (post-processing on RESULT_PACKAGE) 
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
