Analyst – CRM Cloud Fulfillment Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and configuration of CRM Cloud Fulfillment solutions.
• Support fulfillment process automation and integration within SAP Customer Experience (C/4HANA) suite.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand customer fulfillment and order management requirements.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based CRM fulfillment workflows, APIs, and integration points.
• Participate in unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution related to fulfillment processes.
• Support data validation and process monitoring to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Document development processes, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Stay updated on CRM Cloud Fulfillment tools, features, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 0–2 years of experience in CRM Cloud Fulfillment or related CRM cloud development/configuration roles.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Customer Experience (C/4HANA) Cloud Fulfillment and order management concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud integration techniques, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP CRM cloud technologies.
• SAP certification in CRM Cloud or related modules is a plus.
