Job Title: SAP MM Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an SAP MM Analyst with strong functional knowledge of materials management and procurement processes. The candidate will support day-to-day SAP operations, assist in enhancements, and ensure smooth functioning of procurement and inventory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP MM module.
• Handle procurement processes including PR, PO, GR, and Invoice Verification.
• Assist in configuration and minor enhancements in SAP MM.
• Monitor and resolve system issues and user queries within SLA timelines.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Support testing activities (Unit Testing, UAT, Regression Testing).
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and issue logs.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in material master and vendor master.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP MM module.
• Understanding of procurement lifecycle and inventory management.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Familiarity with integration points with SAP FI and SD.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
